Phytomem One lists ten ingredients, but they aren't ten independent additions thrown into one blend. The brand organizes most of them into two named sub-systems, plus a handful of standalone botanicals.
Berberine HCl, Ceylon Cinnamon Bark, Corosolic Acid and Kudzu Flower Extract make up this group, built around the idea that brain cells depend on efficient glucose metabolism to function well.
Morosil (a patented red orange extract) and Xylitol form the second named group, pairing one of the formula's more clinically studied individual ingredients with a low-glycemic sweetener.
Saffron Extract, Fucoxanthin, Fucoidan and Oleuropein round out the formula without belonging to either named system — saffron for its more direct cognitive research base, the marine compounds and olive leaf extract for antioxidant and circulatory support.
